Black Lobelia cosplay from My Dress Up Darling.
The corset is cheap brocade and coutil, with leftover Shizuku-tan lace. I decided to try fusing the fashion and strength layers for the first time, and I'm liking the result! Pattern was from Aranea Black.
Jacket is self drafted and made of cotton sateen. I need to do some fixes to the trim and the fit, since the jacket was admittedly a bit crunched. I'm wearing leggings instead of the canon brief bottoms because the location I shot these at is a museum that has strict dress code restrictions on skin coverage, and even with dance tights underneath, I didn't want to give the illusion of so much skin showing! I'll have to do a reshoot with the canon bottoms once I do some fixes.
Wig is the Haze color from Swallowtail wig. If that sounds familiar at all, it's because I managed to track down the exact same wig and color that Marin used. It had to be imported from Japan with a shopping service, but it's a fun detail to have the canon wig. It's also a very unusual color that changes dramatically in different lighting, and I've never seen anything quite like it!
Thank you to Carriercon and the USS Hornet Museum in Alameda for use of the location. :]
