I fell in love with the Pia Carrot 3 Floral Mint Type uniforms at my very first con in 2003, where the programming guide had an ad for a computer game importing company with a prominent image from the game. The design lived rent free in my head for over 20 years until I finally decided to make it, and I'm so glad I did!

Here it is as worn by Tsukasa Enomoto, who is a character from Pia Carrot 2 but is also in Pia Carrot 3.3. I have not played that game so I don't know if she wears this uniform in it, but there's at least one piece of official art of her in the uniform and a figure so whatever, it counts. She's a cosplayer, so of course she would want to wear the most iconic uniform! (Also she's my best girl from the Pia Carrot 2 DX anime. I love a cosplay queen.)

This design is truly full of stupid, so I'm glad I was able to bring it to life.
